The Hiller Companies, LLC is hiring a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician in Phoenix, AZ. You will inspect, test, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems to ensure safety and compliance, working with clients and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities include conducting inspections per NFPA guidelines, documenting findings, and performing maintenance. Travel to client sites and collaborate with coordinators to optimize schedules while upholding safety standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in fire protection preferred.
• NFPA 13/NFPA 25 knowledge or experience desirable.
• 5+ years experience in installation, maintenance and repair of commercial fire sprinkler systems.
• NICET certifications strongly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel to client sites.

Mansioni

• Inspect, test, repair, and maintain fire sprinkler systems to ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Prepare detailed inspection and test reports documenting findings and deficiencies.
• Test system components including heads, valves, piping, pumps, and controls.
• Inspect piping and connections for corrosion, leaks or damage and recommend repairs.
• Perform maintenance tasks and replace damaged components to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond to service calls promptly and diagnose issues to restore function.
• Document all activities and parts usage in the Service Trade platform.
• Coordinate with Deficiency Sellers to provide inspection reports and repair estimates.
• Interact professionally with clients to schedule work and discuss findings.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinators to optimize work orders and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following safety protocols.
