You will read blueprints and schematics to determine system requirements, manage on-site construction activities, and supervise junior technicians while mentoring new staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fire Sprinkler Technician or Foreman position
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems, including installation techniques and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations related to construction sites.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control in all tasks performed.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
