Job summary

Strategic Connections is recruiting Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians to install, maintain, and repair fire protection systems in commercial and residential buildings. You will work with the foreman and team, adhere to safety protocols, and manage tools and equipment.

The role requires lifting, climbing, and traveling to job sites; a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with NICET certification preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience installing sprinkler or fire protection systems.
  • Blueprint reading experience.
  • NICET Level I or II preferred.
  • Completion of accredited industry training program preferred.
  • OSHA 10, Lift, Tool & CPVC Pipe certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Climb ladders and perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching above and below shoulders, and walking for extended periods.
  • Drive to job sites and work at various locations.
  • Submit written job progress reports for assigned projects.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
  • Read and interpret construction blueprints and diagrams.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Properly maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
  • Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings.
  • Install, assemble, and trim fire protection systems.

Position Overview

Team members will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire protection systems.

  • This role requires working closely with the foreman and team members, following all safety protocols, and properly handling tools and equipment.
  • Work will be performed in commercial and residential buildings.

We are seeking highly motivated, dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals who can multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
