Job summary

Chesapeake Fire Protection is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Sales Rep/PM in Ashburn, VA. You will promote and estimate fire protection sprinkler systems, manage projects, and build strong relationships with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities include qualifying prospects, closing sales to exceed targets, and handling field issues while attending job walks and meetings. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in fire sprinkler estimating/sales are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years Fire Sprinkler Estimating/Sales or equivalent.
• Familiar with reading blueprints, NFPA 13, 14, 20 standards and local codes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Promote, estimate and sell fire protection sprinkler systems, repairs and upgrades.
• Establish contact with prospects and qualify buyers of Fire Protection contracts.
• Close sales to exceed sales plan objectives and manage projects as needed.
• Build relationships with customers, general contractors and end users.
• Attend job walks and construction meetings; handle changes and field issues.
