Job summary

Integrity Fire Safety Services seeks a Fire Sprinkler Projects Technician in Englewood, CO. The role installs, assembles, and tests water-based fire protection systems for new construction, retrofit, and tenant improvements, coordinating with project managers and trades to ensure quality and compliance.

The tech reads blueprints, follows NFPA 13 and local codes, and supports senior crew members on site; physical work and travel to multiple job sites are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fire sprinkler installation preferred; entry-level with mechanical skills may be considered.
• OSHA 10 or 30 desirable.
• NICET certification in Water-Based Systems Layout a plus; state sprinkler fitter license may be required by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble fire sprinkler piping, valves, hangers, fittings, and related components per NFPA 13 and project specs.
• Cut, thread, and groove piping using appropriate tools; mount and secure pipe per drawings.
• Assist in hydrostatic testing, main drain tests, and acceptance tests; document results for records.
