Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Must obtain and retain any specific product certifications and/or licenses required by codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fire sprinkler and related projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee design, permits, material delivery, labor planning, field installation, and commissioning.
• Document RFIs, change orders, and closeout requirements; ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Communicate project progress, financial status, and risks; maintain positive cash flow.
• Coordinate with contracts administration, field supervision, and engineering to review on-going projects.
