Impact Fire Services is seeking a self-motivated Fire Sprinkler Lead Technician in Fort Lauderdale. The role requires organizing customer relations, performing service and installation of fire sprinkler systems, and ensuring compliance with NFPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience installing fire sprinkler pipe systems, pumps and valves.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Solid math, mechanical aptitude and problem solving.
• Clear reading and writing communication with customers and employees.
• Proficient with computers/tablets and NFPA 13/25 awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform service, maintenance and repair of fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge).
• Identify trouble areas and perform efficient, professional service.
• Install/repair sprinkler and backflow systems and components.
• Install/hang systems per NFPA and engineering guidelines.
• Repair/replace sprinkler components including pumps; inspect backflow valves.
• Disassemble/repair/install sprinkler and backflow valves after licensing.
