Qualifications

• High school diploma; 0–2 years' construction or mechanical experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including email usage.
• Willingness to learn fire sprinkler installation techniques, safety practices, and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist fire sprinkler installers with system installation activities.
• Carry, stage, and organize materials, pipe, fittings, and tools.
• Cut, thread, and prep pipe under supervision.
• Assist with hanging pipe, installing hangers, and setting sprinkler heads.
• Support flushing, pressure testing, and system startup activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Participate in safety meetings and on-the-job training.
