Job summary

Advantage Fire Sprinkler Company Inc. is seeking an entry-level helper to support foremen and fitters on fire sprinkler installations. You will learn installation techniques, safety practices, and code requirements while performing basic labor tasks on construction and retrofit projects.

Responsibilities include carrying materials, pipe prep, hanging pipes and sprinkler heads, and assisting with testing and system startup. This role emphasizes learning and safety in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 0–2 years of experience in construction or mechanical fields is a plus.

• Carry, stage, and organize materials, pipe, fittings, and tools.
• Cut, thread, and prep pipe under supervision.
• Assist with hanging pipe, installing hangers, and setting sprinkler heads.
• Support flushing, pressure testing, and system startup activities.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Participate in safety meetings and on-the-job training.
