Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety in Texas is seeking a Sr Sprinkler Install Technician to lead independent installation projects, interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specs to ensure precise results on site.

You will work with NFPA codes, complete timely installation reports, and guide junior technicians while traveling to multiple job sites. The role demands physical work, safety discipline, and a commitment to quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in fire and life safety industry as a technician.
• NICET Level II or above preferred.
• Clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving is required).

Responsibilities

• Independently install fire sprinkler systems.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for installation projects.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.
• Complete required documentation and installation reports accurately and timely.
• Travel to job sites as required.

This position demonstrates strong technical competency, may hold applicable licenses, and is capable of completing jobs independently.
