Job summary

Impact Fire Services is seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Fitter to install and maintain fire sprinkler systems across Oklahoma. This full-time role offers apprenticeship pathways, competitive compensation, and access to training and licensing support.

You will work with a team of experienced professionals, participate in site meetings, and interface with customers to explain work and address concerns. A valid Oklahoma sprinkler fitter license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience installing fire sprinkler systems.
  • Must possess a valid Sprinkler fitter license from the Oklahoma Board of Labor in good standing.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Install fire sprinkler/standpipe systems and related equipment.
  • Operate Rigid power machine and thread and groove pipe.
  • Accurately complete and return field paperwork on time as required by contractors and office.
  • Attend and participate in required job site meetings.
  • Interface with customers to explain work, answer questions, and address concerns respectfully.
  • Provide accurate and complete information on reports.
  • Manage time on the job and on the road, and supervise subordinate personnel.
  • Be able and ready to work 40 hours per week.

Job Responsibilities
  • Install fire sprinkler/standpipe systems and related equipment.
  • Operate Rigid power machine and thread and groove pipe.

  • Attend and interact in all required job site meetings.
  • Interface with customers to explain work to be performed, answer their questions, and address their concerns in a knowledgeable and respectful manner.
  • Provide accurate and complete information on reports
  • Manage time including time on the job as well as time on road to job sites as well as managing the time of subordinate personnel.
  • Be able and ready to work 40 hours per week.
Job Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience installing fire sprinkler systems.
  • Must POSSESS A VALID Sprinkler fitter license from the Oklahoma Board of Labor and be in good standing.
  • Must possess a valid drivers’ license in addition to a good driving record.

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
