Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC is hiring entry-level apprentices to support licensed sprinkler fitters on construction sites across New England. You will handle pipes, fittings, valves, and materials while learning design and installation of fire sprinkler systems under expert supervision.

The role offers apprenticeship programs, company-paid training for licensing, and a benefits package including healthcare and paid time off. Must be 18+, hold a valid license, and be willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year construction experience (preferred).
• 1 year fire sprinkler fitting experience (preferred).
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed sprinkler fitters on-site with pipes, fittings, valves and materials.
• Support design and installation efforts for various fire sprinkler systems.

Professional Fire Systems, LLC and Professional Fire Systems Inc. recently joined the Impact Fire Services team. As a subsidiary company of Impact Fire Services, Professional Fire has provided fire and life safety inspection, repair, and installation services covering Massachusetts and New England areas for over 19 years.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the position you will assist Licensed Sprinkler Fitters on the job site with handling pipe, fittings, valves, and other material. Must possess a strong willingness to learn about the design and installation of different fire sprinkler systems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Fire sprinkler fitting: 1 year (Preferred)
• This applicant must be 18 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license along with reliable transportation to work every day.
• Must be willing to travel to any location within New England or work any shift at the request of the company
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs continuously for a full work day.

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
