Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician in Las Vegas to inspect, test, repair and maintain fire sprinkler systems, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You will work with clients, contractors and authorities to address issues and uphold system integrity.

Responsibilities include routine testing, reporting, system evaluation and coordinating with service teams to schedule work and deliver accurate repair estimates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and testing of wet, dry and pre-action fire sprinkler systems to NFPA 25 standards.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, test results, and deficiencies per NFPA codes.
• Test and evaluate sprinkler heads, valves, piping, pumps and controls for proper operation.
• Inspect piping, fittings and connections for corrosion, leaks or damage; propose repairs.
• Perform maintenance on sprinkler components, replace damaged parts and clean systems.
• Test fire pump assemblies for flow, pressure and mechanical integrity.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies; diagnose and fix issues to restore function.
• Document all service activities via the Service Trade platform with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Deficiency Sellers to provide reports, material needs and repair estimates.
• Communicate with clients to schedule work and discuss findings and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinators to optimize work orders, materials, and scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with safety guidelines.
