Blue Signal Search seeks an experienced Fire Sprinkler Field Lead to own commercial sprinkler installation work and lead field crews. This hands-on role emphasizes coordinating people, solving on-site challenges, and driving projects from plans to completion.

You will oversee field activities, read technical plans, and ensure safety and workmanship while coordinating with stakeholders on scheduling and material needs. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining consistent performance and responsible field practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid, clean driver’s license. NICET certification is a plus but is not required.
