Job summary

W3Global seeks an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews on commercial installations. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, read blueprints, and ensure safety and code compliance on projects.

Ideal candidates have several years of sprinkler experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Valid driver's license and background/drug checks required; relocation assistance available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Several years of commercial fire sprinkler installation experience.
• Proven experience as a Fire Sprinkler Foreman or Lead.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA requirements and fire sprinkler systems.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints and drawings.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating activities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Safe, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Valid and clean driver’s license; ability to pass drug screen and background check.
