Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Fire Protection Estimator in Denver to prepare accurate estimates for fire sprinkler systems, service work, repairs, upgrades, and new construction projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of fire sprinkler estimating/design experience, strong knowledge of NFPA codes, and the ability to read construction drawings and bid documents. Collaboration with customers, contractors, and field teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of fire sprinkler estimating, design, or related fire protection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and bid documents.
• Knowledge of NFPA 13, NFPA 14, NFPA 20 and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, drawings to determine fire protection requirements.
• Prepare detailed estimates for sprinkler installations, repairs, upgrades and service.
• Develop material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates.
• Prepare accurate proposals and quotations for bid opportunities.
• Coordinate with project managers, sales, engineering, and field teams.
