• Previous experience in the fire sprinkler trade is required
• Strong blueprint and plan-reading skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Working knowledge of CAD
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for fire sprinkler projects, including labor and materials
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
• Develop competitive and accurate bids for general contractors and customers
• Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal staff
• Identify and resolve estimating and project-related issues
• Assist with project planning and provide creative, cost-effective solutions
