Job summary

EMCOR Group, Inc. is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Designer in Reno, Nevada to design fire protection systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD and HydraCAD.

Responsibilities include designing layouts, creating calculations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with NICET certification and a valid driver's license.

Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $95,000 annually, with profit-sharing bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associate or Technical Degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• Fire Protection design experience preferred.
• NICET certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design and layout of Fire Sprinkler systems.
• Read and interpret contract documents.
• Work with mathematical concepts including hydraulic calculations.
• Develop positive customer relationships.
• Provide designs with AutoCAD, HydraCAD, and AutoSPRINK.
