Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Designer for an on-site role in Warren, Massachusetts. The candidate will develop fire system designs, perform hydraulic calculations, and produce supporting documents for projects.

The position requires 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with NICET certification preferred. Eligible to participate in the company’s comprehensive benefits and incentive programs.

Formación

• 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Engineering design experience & certification preferred.
• Fire Sprinkler design experience preferred NICET Certification Preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops fire system designs, including fire sprinkler layout, pipe routing, hanger placement, hydraulic calculations, and other fire system design related tasks.
• Performs the production of supporting documents, files, and services for fire system designs.
• Assists in the selection of appropriate equipment and methods for incorporation into system design.
• Analyzes building plans, project specifications, building type to identify design requirements.
• Confirms the design criteria (hazard) required for the design.
• Performs the hydraulic analysis and or technical calculations needed to complete design.
• Utilizes the best practices and requirements to optimize fabrication data.
• Leads and teaches the adoption of cutting-edge software platforms and tools.
