Apprentices learn to install, service, maintain, and inspect fire sprinkler systems under experienced mentors. The four-year program is fully funded by Wiginton, with hands-on field training and structured instruction.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Be comfortable with heights and ladders/lifts.
• Be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team.
• No prior fire sprinkler experience required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to install, service, maintain, and inspect fire sprinkler systems.
• Work alongside experienced professionals during the four‑year apprenticeship.
• Receive pay evaluations every six months as you progress.
• Advance into technician, foreman, or leadership roles through the program.
