What You Will Do

As we look to make our systems and technologies smarter and more connected, it's vital that we have talented Installation and Service Technicians to ensure our solutions perform optimally.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will troubleshoot and repair installed systems, including panel repair/reprogramming, device replacement/repair, resolving low voltage circuit troubles, and system testing. You will organize and utilize technical resources effectively, communicate clearly with customers, and program fire alarm, security, and access control system panels. Experience with CCTV and IT/IP networks is a plus, as are certifications like CCNA, A+, and Network+.
Our extensive training includes on-the-job training, online courses, and instructor-led certification courses by manufacturers. The position requires physical labor, including carrying equipment up to 70 lbs and working in challenging environments such as high ladders, ducts, and crawl spaces. Flexibility to work on-call and after hours is necessary.
