This position will work closely with our service team, and clients to ensure our critical life safety systems are repaired in an efficient manner to maintain their overall performance. This is a key position for our growing team and requires attention to detail in all aspects of system troubleshooting and repair. Customer and employee interface requires a high degree of effective human relations.
