Job summary

Chicago Metropolitan Fire Prevention seeks a driven sales consultant to assist customers with their accounts in Elmhurst, IL. The Sales Consultant will handle sales of Fire Alarm, Security, CCTV and CA systems, interfacing with customers via phone and email and maintaining strong organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales volume higher than quota at acceptable gross margins.
• Establish and maintain contact with existing and new customers by proactively providing exceptional customer service.
• Create and provide estimate and quote for installation and service.
• Negotiate details of contracts and payments.
• Prepare sales contracts and order forms.
• Communicate efficiently with customers & office personnel via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Provide up-to-date customer information to AR Department for updates in company database.
• Ability to read/decipher engineered drawings or design build systems.
• Deliver presentation of company products to new and existing customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
