Job summary

Everon is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee security, fire, and construction projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate design, permits, materials, and labor, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and dependability, with experience in a fielded project environment and working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate stability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progression from inception to completion, including design, permits, material delivery, labor planning, field installation.
• Maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle (RFIs, transmittals, permits, change orders, closeout).
• Communicate project progress and financial status to stakeholders.
• Prepare billings within project scope to maintain positive cash flow.
• Assist with Change Order research and provide in-house estimating and proposals.
