Job summary

Veridity Fire Solutions in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Product Support Specialist onsite to provide expert technical support for our special-hazards fire protection products. You will test, troubleshoot, and train teams, distributors, and customers while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and field operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in fire protection or related tech, strong wiring/mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read drawings and P&IDs.

Qualifications

Five+ years of progressive technical experience in fire suppression or related field.
Experience with clean-agent or special-hazard systems (FK‑5‑1‑12, FM‑200, Inergen/IG‑541).
Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute testing for new and existing products, documenting results and recommendations.
Support test setups involving piping, equipment configuration, and pressure systems.
Provide field input during design reviews and identify improvements.
Investigate returns and field issues, determine root causes, and support CAPAs.
Troubleshoot and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Travel to customer sites to support installation, testing, and commissioning.
Deliver technical training and product demonstrations to sales and support teams.
