Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside hunting / new-logo sales with a measurable pipeline.
• Proven ability to defend premium pricing against low-bid competitors.
• Experience in complex B2B deals with 12+ month sales cycles.
• Self-directed territory management with organized planning and CRM discipline.
• Strong MS Office and CRM habits; valid driver's license and clean record.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Scranton/Wilkes-Barre/Lehigh Valley area.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Background in Manufacturing/Industrial/Warehouse sales a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new fire system inspection logos through referrals and networks in NEPA and LV markets.
• Cross-sell Fire Sprinkler and Alarm inspection services to existing customers.
• Build a disciplined territory plan with smart routing.
• Present value propositions to General Managers and Facility Directors.
• Negotiate and close multi-year inspection agreements.
• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline, activity, and forecast.
• Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and competition.
• Collaborate with branch team and Inspection Department Leader.
