Job summary

The Hiller Companies, LLC in Tucson, AZ seeks a Deficiency Seller to estimate repair costs for fire protection deficiencies identified by field inspectors and other leads. You will promote and sell repairs, provide excellent service, and help close turnovers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include estimating labor/materials, obtaining pricing, submitting quotes in Service Trade, and following up with customers. Base salary with commissions is offered; benefits apply.

Qualifications

• GED/High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Good working knowledge of the fire protection industry.
• Ability to estimate repairs and read specifications/drawings.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Review deficiencies and estimate labor and material for required fire and life safety system deficiencies.
• Obtain material pricing from vendors needed to complete estimates.
• Prepare estimate and proposal in Service Trade and submit to customers.
• Follow up with customers on submitted repair quotes.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams after approval.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
