Job summary

SERVPRO of Sumner County is seeking a Fire Restoration Technician/Lead to prepare spaces for restoration projects, operate specialized equipment, and coordinate with the crew to ensure efficient production. The role requires physical endurance for heavy lifting and working in tight spaces, with emphasis on safety and quality control.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day restoration tasks, maintain clean job sites, and support management as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Must be able to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces such as crawl spaces or attics.
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects and work with cleaning agents.
• Successful completion of background check where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities and set up staging area and equipment for each project.
• Communicate with management and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
• Perform production processes as directed.
• End-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown; leave jobsite clean and orderly.

• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance
