ServiceMaster Restore® in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Fire Restoration Manager to oversee restoration jobs, coordinate drying and demolition tasks, and manage client communications. The role requires preparing estimates in Xactimate and adhering to IICRC standards, with a focus on accuracy and timely documentation for insurance reimbursements.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in the restoration or construction industry preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of disaster restoration industry.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves work orders, ensures equipment and supplies are loaded for the job, arrives at the site.
• Explains processes to customers and outlines next steps using printed materials as a guide.
• Completes assigned jobs per company processes with quality control and urgency.
• Performs fire/smoke damage repair including water extraction, packing out contents, and light construction as directed.
• Inspects jobs after completion, obtains customer signatures, and requests payments when necessary.
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Communicates with insurance companies and adjusters to liaise on approvals and payments.
