Qualifications

• 1 year field experience in fire protection or related industry.
• Ability to operate and test electronic safety equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Performs shop or field inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire equipment including extinguishers and safety systems.
• Completes inspection/repair documentation and obtains customer signatures for invoicing.
• Conducts visual inspections and functional tests and reports deficiencies with corrective actions.
• Pre-job, job update and post-job briefs; assists with loading and staging equipment.
• Maintains clean, orderly work areas and supports loading/unloading for deliveries.
