You will work closely with vendors, customers, and fabrication branches to supply accurate estimates, quotes, and cost details.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 2–5 years in related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes for fire protection fabrication materials and coordinate with sales branches to finalize quotes.
• Communicate with customers to confirm fabrication lists and suggest improvements for easier installations.
• Manage fabrication schedules and update customers on status of current and past orders.
• Maintain monthly reports tracking quotes by fabrication branch and customer data.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Support branches and vendors to ensure accurate estimates, quotes, and delivery timelines.
