Job summary

Core & Main is seeking a production-quotes specialist to support fabrication of fire protection materials. You will work with customers, vendors, and fabrication branches to prepare accurate estimates and ensure all paperwork is in order for each order.

You will build and maintain customer relationships, provide timely quotes, and monitor schedules to align with delivery dates. This role emphasizes detail, communication, and cross-functional collaboration across branches.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED with preferred related experience.
• Experience in customer service and team-building is advantageous.
• Familiarity with listing software systems or similar tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create quotes for fabrication fire protection materials and coordinate with sales to finalize.
• Communicate with customers to verify fabrication lists and offer installation suggestions.
• Manage fabrication schedules and update customers on orders.
• Maintain monthly quotes reports by fabrication branch and share with branches.
• Respond to customer questions and resolve problems promptly.
