Qualifications

• Licensed Fire Protection Engineer with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience delivering fire sprinkler, fire alarm, life safety, and code-compliance solutions.
• Ability to mentor designers and engineers and coordinate interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy execution for the Fire Protection discipline and PDE alignment.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers to deliver fire protection scope.
• Manage discipline staffing, budgets, and delivery performance.
• Support client relationships and growth through technical narratives.
• Mentor Team Leads, designers, and engineers; promote OneHFA culture.
• Assess risks and ensure quality of deliverables across projects.
