Central Plateau Cleanup Comp, based in Richland, Washington, seeks a Fire Protection Engineer (intermediate level) to help protect workers, facilities and the environment at the Hanford site. The role supports CPCCo’s fire protection program through inspections, analyses and design work.

The successful candidate will develop fire protection documents, perform programmatic assessments, and ensure compliance with DOE orders and NFPA standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or related discipline with 4+ years for Intermediate level.
• Bachelor's of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or related discipline with 6+ years for Career level.

Aufgaben

• Assist in implementing CPCCo Fire Protection Program through inspections, assessments, design and document reviews.
• Develop, review and maintain Fire Hazards Analyses and Facility Fire Protection Assessments.
• Support CPCCo FPP with programmatic assessments and procedure reviews.
• Process exemptions, variances, deviations, or equivalency evaluations from fire protection standards.
• Provide fire protection system maintenance oversight and reviews.
