Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered (e.g., PE).
• Minimum of experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
• NICET III or NICET IV preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage fire protection portions of complex projects.
• Meet with clients and contractors; coordinate with other disciplines.
• Develop and review drawings, specifications, and budgets; control project schedules.
• Prepare periodic project status reports and ensure design records are complete.

Education
