Job Title: Fire Protection Engineer (PE) – Remote (USA)

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-based)

What You'll Do:

Lead the design and analysis of fire suppression, fire alarm, and life safety systems

Perform code consulting and ensure compliance with NFPA, IBC, IFC, and local regulations

Execute performance-based design and fire modeling when required

Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, project teams, and AHJs

Prepare drawings, specifications, and fire protection reports for a variety of building types

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and quality control

What You Bring:

PE license in Fire Protection Engineering (Required)

5–15+ years of experience in fire protection system design and code consulting

Strong knowledge of NFPA standards, life safety codes, and local fire ordinances

Business Development experience or the willingness to learn

Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment

Self-starter mindset with strong project ownership and time management skills
