Qualifications

• Ability to design and develop documents for fire protection systems.
• Experience with hazardous ventilation and spill control designs.
• Previous experience at an A/E Firm is a plus.

• Design fire suppression systems for various buildings.

Overview

Position: Fire Protection Engineer

Location: 6341 Campus Circle Dr E, Las Colinas (Irving), Texas 75063

Do you enjoy designing fire protection systems? Do you have a passion for preventing building fires? As part of our team, this position is responsible for helping create designs for pumps, controls, and fire sprinkler systems for a variety of building types and structures. Help design and develop documents, conduct site visits, perform calculations, and consult clients with different options. Fire Protection engineers will help quality control drawings, coordinate between disciplines, complete deliverables, and tasks to achieve proper deadlines. This candidate should be proficient in general utility systems, and software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam. Skills include multi-tasking, independently motivated and well-prepared. Previous experience at an A/E Firm is a plus but not required.
