Job summary

Galloway & Company Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a fire protection design engineer to grow hands-on with real projects. You will design fire sprinkler, standpipe, and fire alarm systems, perform hydraulic calculations, and prepare construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD under supervision.

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree in Drafting/Design or equivalent.
• NFPA and International Codes knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop fire protection designs for sprinkler, standpipe, and fire alarm systems.
• Produce construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and code research.
• Coordinate layouts with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
• Support project engineers and managers with technical analyses.
• Assist in client communications and project documentation.
• Contribute to business development through quality production work.
• Follow standard practices and project guidelines.
• Learn and apply BIM tools across disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.
