VELTRE ENGINEERING, INC is seeking a skilled Fire Sprinkler Designer to join its team in San Diego. You will design sprinkler systems using CAD software, analyze plans, and prepare hydraulic calculations while ensuring NFPA compliance and alignment with project specifications.

You will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, conduct site visits, review local fire codes, and help prepare proposals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Review and interpret local codes and regulations related to fire protection.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and timelines.

Certifications:

• NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) certification in fire protection preferred.
• Other relevant certifications (e.g., EIT, Fire Protection Engineer license) are a plus.
