You will provide technical support for fire protection engineering and life safety projects under the direction of senior staff, develop technical expertise, and contribute to project deliverables that protect people and property. This entry-level role requires a bachelor's degree in fire protection or related fields, 0–2 years of experience, and the ability to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field.
• Entry-level; 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Internship or academic project experience in fire protection preferred.
• EIT or NICET certification considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior staff in evaluating fire protection and life safety systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design calculations.
• Conduct site visits and field investigations.
• Support code research and interpretation (NFPA/ICC).
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
• Utilize engineering software to support project execution.
