You will lead all fire protection construction activities on site and manage the project lifecycle from inception through commissioning and closeout, while driving safety, quality, and productivity. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of construction management experience in fire protection works, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of fire protection systems and familiarity with NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and Manage Fire Protection Work: Lead all fire protection construction activities from inception through completion.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, organize, and supervise the project through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Stakeholder Relations: Maintain productive relationships with internal partners, clients, and external parties.
• Communication: Communicate project status to management, clients, internal customers, and stakeholders.
• Software Proficiency: Use and become proficient in MS Project, Excel, and Primavera P6.
