The position offers a base salary range of $92,000 to $120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid leave.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction experience related to fire alarm and/or fire protection.
• Proficiency in NFPA, IFC, IBC codes.
• Experience commissioning projects, preferably in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site walks and meetings to track construction progress.
• Manage quality, safety, and compliance.
• Review RFIs/submittals and make decisions to avoid scope gaps.

Skills

Construction Experience related to fire alarm and/or fire protection

NFPA, IFC, IBC Code proficiency

Project management/construction management experience

Education

Bachelor of Engineering degree
