As a Field Project Manager for our Fire division, you will manage assigned fire projects of moderate complexity across the full project lifecycle. You will develop schedules, monitor budgets, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and help ensure each project is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and with a focus on profitability and customer experience.
Own project outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity from kickoff through closeout. Stay close to the work, remove obstacles quickly, and keep customers informed and supported. Use clear, candid communication and structured problem-solving to improve schedule, cost, and delivery performance every day. Work collaboratively across internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, and sales partners to deliver as one team. Keep schedules, budgets, and documentation current so decisions are based on accurate project data. Escalate risks early, follow through on action items, and maintain momentum through change and project complexity.
