Job summary

Lakeland's FIRE Division seeks a Product Development Specialist to drive development, launches, and lifecycle management of the global FIRE product portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Regulatory to bring products from concept to market.

This role requires strong project coordination, regulatory knowledge (NFPA, ISO, CE, ANSI/ISEA), and expertise in maintaining BOMs, documentation, and technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in product development, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Experience with product lifecycle processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate FIRE product development projects across global teams.
• Maintain BOMs, SKUs, and manufacturing specifications.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor standards (NFPA, ISO, CE, ANSI/ISEA).
• Support product launches and lifecycle management.
• Develop technical literature and training materials with Marketing.
• Provide technical product support to internal teams and customers.
