Job summary

REV Group, Inc. seeks a Director of Product Management for the Fire Group to guide strategy, platform development, and lifecycle management of fire apparatus across brands.

You will partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and dealer partners to define priorities that support modularity and cost control. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to drive standardization, lifecycle actions, and customer-driven enhancements while ensuring regulatory alignment and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years in product management, engineering, or related roles in manufacturing.
• Experience with modular platforms or configurable products.
• Working knowledge of fire apparatus design and standards.
• Strong business acumen: cost, margin, and customer value drivers.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with PLM/ERP systems; travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the product and platform strategy for fire apparatus across brands.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and dealers.
• Drive design-for-manufacturing, modularity, and lean product design principles.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with regulatory and market needs.
• Synthesize customer input into actionable product requirements.
• Manage product performance metrics including cost, margin, and mix.
• Lead risk, obsolescence, and lifecycle trade-off analyses.
