- Familiarity with emergency medical protocols and safety practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform field inspections of permitted development to ensure code compliance.
- Review and analyze building site plans for code compliance and coordinate plan reviews.
- Investigate life safety code violations and respond to public inquiries.
- Conduct annual inspections of new and existing businesses.
- Inspect permitting for special events venues for life safety compliance.
- Review fire alarm run reports and coordinate with service companies.
