Qualifications

• Associate degree required; project management experience preferred.
• NICET certification or higher is preferred for Fire Alarm Systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple projects of small to medium complexity with fiscal responsibility.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; identify time-sensitive installation needs.
• Manage subcontractors, supplies, and materials to meet scope and budget.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review project plans and specifications; assist in cost reviews and change orders.
• Coordinate billing with Accounting and Operations; prepare close-out documentation.
