Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Experience in commercial fire and life safety or construction management.
• Knowledge of NFPA fire alarm codes and regulations.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and fleet program eligibility.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple projects of varying complexity.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate with the project team.
• Manage requisition of supplies and materials to complete projects.
• Assist with subcontractor solicitation and contracting.
• Document scope of work, drawings, specs, and project contacts.
