Responsibilities

• Market, promote, and sell fire alarm and other low-voltage life safety solutions while meeting or exceeding department profit objectives.
• Market, promote, and sell monitoring agreements.
• Propose, follow up, and capture targeted construction market opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
• Propose, follow up, and capture end-user key account opportunities within the assigned sales territory.
• Interpret bid documents, plans, and specifications to determine project requirements, costs, cost effectiveness, profitability, and estimating needs.
• Perform necessary site surveys to prepare complete and accurate estimates.
• Prepare accurate and complete quotations that align with department goals and customer expectations.
• Expand the client base, maintain customer relationships, communicate qualified sales leads, and maintain complete sales activity records and reports.
