Job summary

Keller's, part of the Atlantis Fire Protection family, seeks a motivated sales professional to drive fire protection and life-safety solutions. You will grow revenue by servicing existing accounts and winning new business across the Raleigh/Wilmington region.

Responsibilities include preparing precise proposals, coordinating with operations, and maintaining CRM records to forecast activity and drive growth. Remote work within the territory is supported.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline for fire sprinkler, fire alarm, suppression, extinguisher, backflow, monitoring, and other offerings.
• Develop existing accounts through regular contact, facility reviews, inspection-deficiency follow-up, renewal planning, and new opportunities.
• Respond promptly to leads and requests; gather site data for complete estimates.
• Review inspection reports and translate findings into recommended work.
• Prepare accurate, professional proposals with defined scope and terms.
• Protect gross margin by pricing standards and controlling scope changes.
• Maintain CRM records including contacts, opportunities, and next steps.
• Follow up on open proposals, negotiate within authority, secure orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm capacity and execution requirements.
• Support contract renewals, price adjustments, and issue resolution.
• Meet sales and revenue targets; participate in pipeline reviews and events.
• Represent Keller's professionally and comply with safety and policies.
